Duties & Responsibilities
As a Human Resource professional, Nichole has been responsible for overseeing HR systems, handling employee relations, developing and implementing human resource policies, ensuring compliance with regulations, managing budgets, assessing staffing needs, and developing and maintaining effective strategies for recruiting, employee onboarding, and maintaining employee records. Her expertise also extends to succession planning, designing training programs, developing compensation plans, fostering employee development, leading learning initiatives, and contributing to institutional effectiveness. Additionally, she manages data analytics, drives strategic performance, and supports accreditation processes. This multifaceted role plays a critical part in shaping the organization’s culture, enhancing employee engagement, and driving organizational excellence.
